OUR VISION

Today’s vision of what Smart Cities are is essentially information sharing. Cities become smart because of the information they gather, digest, and distribute. Smart Cities aim to create a sustainable and efficient environment.

We love this idea. But we want it to be better. We believe that the main component of Cities are their Citizens. Citizens are the ones who’ll have the power to make cities smart, and not the other way around. So how does it come Citizens have no voice yet?

uCitizens is a platform that brings democracy to the process of sharing any information relevant to the city. Citizens are able to share what matters: Your proposals, your ideas, your fears, your events…
