Track Employee

A simple app for managing and tracking onsite Employee work and meetings

- It is possible to track the location of employee in real time. You can also track your location of employee with a set schedule.

- Android and iPhone can track each other's location.

- Both, the boss and the employees must install separate applications.

- Employees must install separate applications for employees (search for "Location Employee").

1. Overview

- The boss can track where their employees are going.

- Schedules can be set and the location can be tracked by the set schedules.

- You can track the location of employee only on working days and working hours.

2. Employee registration

- Employee apps (Location Employee) must be installed to track employees.

- You can search and register employees by email.

3. Real-time tracking

- Track locations of employee in real time.

- Can be tracked in real time every 5 minutes.

- Real-time location tracking is stopped when the screen is closed.

- Real-time location tracking is available only during business hours.

- You can not track the locations of employee if an employee has blocked location service or is not connected to a network in smart phone.

4. Setting the Schedule

- You can select start and end dates.

- You can select the day you want to track your location during the week.

- You can set the time to track location within working hours.

- Ten schedules can be registered.

5. Tracking an employee

- Tracking is done by schedule.

- Retrieves the data tracked sorted by date and could be displayed it on the map.

- Search for the route where the employee has moved and mark it on the map.

- Location tracking is available only within the employee's working hours.

6. Expense an Employee

- This application allows employees to maintain a digital automated diary. Each user will be required to register on the system at registration time, the user will be provided id, which will be used to maintain the record of each unique user.

- Employee Tracker application which will keep a track of Income-Expense of a user on a day to day basis. This application takes Income from user and divides in daily expense allowed.
