Since this is an arcade game, I guess you are an arcade player and you don't want to read a bunch of crap, so I'll be quick.

You are the triangle, you have to avoid the rectangles by moving or teleporting horizontally, it seems fair. Of course don't forget to enjoy the music and the visual festival. But don't get distracted, or you'll be easily dead :D
