Google's route calculation is used, this also calculates how long the journey will take in the current traffic. This is to give you the most accurate possible indication.

You may and can never lose much more (or less) than the stated amount, the traffic situation can have an influence on this.

You can view the route by clicking on "Show map" and following the navigation of Google Maps during the trip.

If there is a normal situation, the cause of a (possible) deviating fare probably lies with the driver or the equipment.
