Cheetah HIIT is here to amp up your high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts. This app's purpose is to help you time and record your intervals during HIIT workouts.

Cheetah HIIT can run indefinitely if you don't know how many intervals you want to do before you start your workout. Alternatively, you can create workouts with custom work and rest times. Cheetah HIIT will save all of your past workouts in the History tab so you can track your progress and set goals.
