Canada Post is launching an app to help improve the retail experience. The free Canada Post Beacons app uses technology that shows us the tendencies of customers who visit our stores. The data is completely anonymous. It helps us learn how long customers wait in line for service and where they tend to spend time in Canada Post retail locations.

Simply download the app, open it and follow the brief instructions. When customers visit selected stores, beacons will collect data showing the movement of mobile devices. This helps us analyze customer trends.
