How many times have you damaged a device and have not located the purchase ticket to claim the guarantee?

Knowing how to locate the right document when you need it and in the least possible time can be tricky. PickingBills is a digital archive tool for invoices, bills and documents; a free application with which to classify your invoices or documents by customizable concepts and by daily or monthly periodification, for later consultation at any time.

PickingBills is a versatile App. Thanks to its fully customizable concepts you can organize invoices, guarantees, tickets, business cards, notes ...

· Group the concepts in Box. You can have as many Box as you wish: Box for home, Box for notes, Box for apartment, Box for cards ...

· Load the invoice or document, indicate to which concept and to which date it corresponds and is already ready to be consulted when you need it.

· You can upload the document by taking a picture, selecting one from the gallery or uploading a file (PDF, Word, Excel, PPT).

· All files in PickingBills are stored in the cloud, they do not take up space on your phone. You can request that one or more boxes may be temporarily downloaded for consultation during a stay without internet.

· We know that there are steps that require more attention. For this reason PickingBills also has a web platform.

· The interface is intuitive and visual: Thanks to a grid view we can check if we have forgotten any invoice to file or for example what your car insurance covers.

· If when you upload the invoice you indicate how often you receive it, PickingBills will notify you if after this time you have not uploaded any.

· Share the Box or documents with anyone you want. All changes to these Shared Boxes will be synchronized with all users who have access to it.

· Download your documents from the application to keep them handy at any time.
