Patony is a people builder who is highly passionate about leadership development and capacity building. His thrust includes encouraging lives and empowering minds. His message resonates with hope and direction, in pursuit of purpose and destiny.

A very dynamic, jovial and inspirational person, Patony Porepore Ngonidzashe Musendo was born in Rusape, raised in Mutare and currently works in Harare, Zimbabwe. Patony is a registered legal practitioner in Zimbabwe and has been practising Law since 2000. He is a partner at Kamusasa and Musendo Legal Practitioners in Harare.

He is very passionate about people development, especially in the area of leadership development where he is an expert. He has amassed numerous certificates in leadership from Cape Town (SA), Wageningen (Netherlands), Dar-es Salaam (Tanzania) and from the University of Zimbabwe where he graduated with a Master of Arts in Leadership and Management.

Patony is the Executive Director of Student Connect Trust (Scot), a high impact organisation whose focus is leadership and life-skills development for students and young people. Scot trains students from all over Zimbabwe including the very high performing mission schools such as St. Faiths, Kutama College, Mazowe High School, St David’s Girls High, Nyanga High School amongst many others.

In addition to this Patony sits in the boards of CAIRA Trust, a child development organisation, KAIROS Trust and ASYM Trust, an organisation focussed on rehabilitating children living in the streets. He is a lecturer in two subjects, Leadership and Apologetics, at Cornerstone Bible Academy in Harare. Patony is an inspirational and motivational speaker, a life coach and mentor, He frequently speaks at different fora, including churches. He is a committed Christian. The man is also involved in the Anglican Church where he is currently the deputy chancellor for the Diocese of Manicaland (CPCA)

An avid read who enjoys reading and writing, Patony is a published author in his own right. He is a blogger and opinion shaper who administers a Facebook page styled ‘Son of Encouragement’, where he frequently inspires and encourages people. The page currently has a following of over Thirty two thousand and it keeps swelling by day.
