Heather Kelly is the owner and operator of OPENutrition. She is an evolutionary sports nutritionist and psychology of eating coach, traveling across the country offering seminars on performance nutrition and mind body nutrition.

Over the past few years, Heather has worked with hundreds of people one on one to help them improve their diet and relationship with food. Heather strives to help her clients reach their athletic goals, improve their body composition, as well as cultivate a healthy and satisfying experience with diet.

Heather Kelly was a four year varsity rower at Western Washington University. During her collegiate rowing career, she earned two NCAA National Championships in the varsity eight and was voted Pocock/CRCA All-American her senior year. She graduated from WWU in 2010 with an interdisciplinary concentration in Evolutionary Sports Nutrition.
