Open Outcry is a Voice-To-SMS application that allows users to dictate their messages in natural language instead of typing on the phone touch screen, and the system immediately sends your speech to Android's speech recognition, whose algorithm analyses your speech and convert the spoken sound into text, which can then be sent by text message.

Open Outcry makes sending text messages incredibly fast and easy, with a dead simple interface.

4- (optional) if no contact is introduced, you can pick one of the contacts list or spelling the phone number.
