SAFETY SERVICES RIGHT ON YOUR PHONE

Get family safety services — Roadside Assistance, help in a crash, family locator and Emergency Services — with the OnStar Guardian® app. No matter where you are, we're with you and your family – in any vehicle, on your motorcycle, even through your home’s smart speaker. Eligible OnStar Members receive the OnStar Guardian app as part of their plan. A standalone plan is only $15 a month. Plus, you can share the app with up to 7 friends or family members at no additional cost.

•    Get specially trained assistance with medical issues, severe weather and more — all while our Advisors send First Responders to your exact location

The OnStar Guardian skill for Amazon Alexa

•      Get Emergency Services from an OnStar Advisor — right in your home

•      Ask for help right from your compatible Amazon Alexa-enabled device

•      Link OnStar Guardian with your Amazon account to enable the skill

Roadside services provided by third-party providers. Roadside services are for passenger vehicles (cars and trucks) and motorcycles only. Limitations and restrictions apply. Towing services can be used four times per year then additional charges apply. Additional charges apply to tire changes when a spare tire is not provided.  

Up to seven additional individuals can be added to the “My Family” section within the app.

Select service plan required. OnStar Guardian skill and associated OnStar services requires successful account linking with Amazon Alexa, completion of a safety profile including an accurate and up-to-date physical address of the Alexa- enabled device. Physical Address must be confirmed and updated in the OnStar Guardian app. Device data connection is required. OnStar links to emergency services.
