Netmarble, a well-known developer and publisher of high-quality mobile games, has announced the release of the August 2023 update for their mobile RPG game, Seven Knights 2. This update includes the highly anticipated introduction of a new Legendary+ hero called Indomitable Guardian Varion. In addition to this exciting character addition, players can also expect various events, a unique challenge dungeon, and several cosmetic items that will enhance their overall gaming experience.
Seven Knights 2 August 2023 Update: Indomitable Guardian Varion
The Indomitable Guardian Varion is a hero in the game who specializes in ranged attacks. When his health drops to 50% or below, he can completely replenish his maximum HP and increase his attack speed according to his ATK stat. This makes him an ideal candidate for teaming up with other units that offer enhancements, allowing him to make a strong last stand before being defeated.
Furthermore, he has the ability to ignore shields when causing harm to his intended victim and causes additional damage that ignores their defense if they are Branded. Importantly, he also gives himself a permanent protection against debuffs that cannot be removed while taking away any beneficial effects from enemies who belong to the Universal category.
Seven Knights 2 August 2023 Update: Challenge Dungeons and Swimsuit Costume
As part of the update for Seven Knights 2, Challenge Dungeons will be introduced. These dungeons are seasonal and have a ranking system based on how quickly they are completed and the battle conditions. Players will get to face off against the formidable enemy Golden King Gigantus, which will push them to their limits. Interestingly, players can adjust Gigantus' level to make it more powerful, leading to better rewards and higher scores. Additionally, a new costume called Refreshing Sea Breeze has been added for Phine in the game. This special swimsuit costume is perfect for players who want to enjoy summer and beat the heat.

- Summer Festival Check-in Event (Aug. 2 – Aug. 16): Players who participate in the event for a week will have the opportunity to receive various rewards such as a Summer Festival Chest and Sealed Accessory Summon Voucher.
- Summer Festival Ticket Crafting Event (Aug. 2 – Aug. 30): You can get the Summer Festival Chest by participating in check-in events or completing special missions within the game. With this chest, you have the opportunity to create various rewards such as Summer Festival Coins, a ticket for choosing a legendary jewel, a voucher for summoning a Legendary+ hero, and other exciting prizes.
- Summer Festival Event Shop (Aug. 2 – Aug. 30): Gamers have the opportunity to utilize Summer Festival Coins that they acquire from various in-game activities at the Summer Festival Event Shop. These coins can be traded for items such as Legendary+ Pet Summon Vouchers, Pet Step Up Summon Tickets, and other goodies.
