COD Mobile Season 5 2023: Battle Pass
The new Battle Pass provides both free and paid items, including Operator Skins, Weapon Blueprints, Calling Cards, and additional COD Points that can be used towards purchasing a Premium Pass or other products in the Store.
Battle Pass Free Tiers
The FFAR 1 Assault Rifle is available at Tier 21 of the Battle Pass and has an exceptional fire rate compared to other rifles. At Tier 14, you can also obtain the Guardian Scorestreak which emits radiation in a cone that slows down enemies' movements, impairs their vision and causes continuous low-level damage. Other free highlights include various camos, Weapon Blueprints, and the Hades - Shattered Hearts at Tier 50.
Premium Pass Tiers
You can get the Premium Pass to unlock all of the content in Get Wrecked! stream, which includes special Operator Skins like Rampage — Showdown, Synaptic — Neutralizer, Sims — Regulator and Roze — Smokey Skies. You will also have access to powerful weapons such as AK117 — Corporate Issue, ZRG 20MM - Holy Roman, FFAR 1 - Burnt a Cinder Shorty – Patched and Switchblade X9- Treachery that you can use to defeat your enemies.
Battle Pass Subscription
If you buy a Battle Pass Subscription, you will be able to become part of the Ground Forces and get more rewards every season. You'll also receive 10% extra XP for both your character and weapons, plus some discounts on crate pulls that are ten times greater than usual.
Season 5 offers Ground Forces rewards such as the Hunter-Infantry Operator Skin, MAC-10-Mollusk Majesty Weapon Blueprint, and Bag-Mollusk Majesty.

New Multiplayer Map: Armada Strike
Armada Strike is a game mode that sets players against each other on a large ship surrounded by multiple other ships, where they engage in battles at sea. This game was initially introduced in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and challenges players to fight both above and below deck while also providing abseil lines for swift movement between the two levels.
To win the game, you must dive into the water and use underwater attacks to block a crucial pathway on the ship. Then, engage in battles for control of the main control room until you reach victory. Beware of snipers and other long-range enemies positioned on both sides of the ship while advancing towards your goal.
New Multiplayer Mode: Search and Rescue
The role of Search and Rescue players is to either defend or attack areas that have explosives. This game mode incorporates elements from both the Search & Destroy and Kill Confirmed modes. In each round, players are allowed one opportunity to revive any teammates who have been knocked out during gameplay.
After an Operator is eliminated, they will leave behind a dog tag. If a teammate picks it up, the downed Operator can rejoin the battle; however, if an opponent grabs it first, the downed Operator cannot return to the game. The objective of teams is either to successfully detonate or defuse a bomb location or completely eliminate their opponents - similar to how Search and Destroy works.

The Trophy System is coming to Battle Royale
In Season 5 of Battle Royale, players will have access to the Trophy System. This system can help protect a player's position by disabling incoming explosives for a limited time. This means that players can focus on their opponents instead of trying to avoid explosions. When exploring the game map, it is important to look out for this valuable tactical item.
New Themed Event: Desolate Endurance
Build your own shelter to survive, collect resources, construct buildings and establish yourself in the turbulent area. To earn special rewards like advanced materials for completing daily tasks, participate in multiplayer modes and Battle Royale battles. Use these modern resources to upgrade your base structures so that you can obtain more rewards efficiently.
New Seasonal Challenges and Featured Events in COD Mobile Season 5 2023
In Season 5, there are fresh challenges and events that offer rewards such as skins for operators, blueprints for weapons, experience points for the Battle Pass, and a brand new attachment called Tactical Flashlight.
The new Tactical Flashlight can be installed on the RUS-79U to detect enemy Operators from a further distance in any lighting condition. It is an excellent accessory for swiftly identifying enemies at long distances in any setting.
Make sure to regularly visit the Events tab within the game during the season for further details. This will also give you access to rewards for completing Daily Missions and incentives for logging in on a monthly basis.
Store Update: New Mythic Weapon Draw and more
- New Mythic Weapon Draw: Kui Ji, who is also known as Faded Shadow, offers his services as a bodyguard and spy to whoever pays the most. He uses top-of-the-line weapons such as the FFAR 1 - Bright Blade which has fire-based technology. This weapon is very rare and can be obtained through Season 5 Assault Rifle Draw.
- Season 5 of Call of Duty features various anarchy-themed Draws that offer new Operator Skins such as Alias - Signal Jammer and David Mason - Bandit. There are also Legendary Weapon Blueprints available like the KSP-45 - Jolted Radio and RUS-79U - Custom Job. Additionally, players should watch out for a rerun of the Clean House Draw which includes legendary items like Price's Counter Terror Operator Skin and the Heavy Handed Pistol Weapon Blueprint for J358.
- Battle Pass Vault: In Deep Water joins the Battle Pass Vault in Season 5, bringing Epic-rarity Operators like Roze — Foreshadow; Rorke — Man Hunter; Otter — Backstroke; and the Call of Duty: The antagonist named Merrick is the ghost in this game. You can also obtain new blueprints for powerful weapons such as the Counter Stealth Unit BK557, Close Catch QXR, Rebreather DR-H, Devilfish PP19 Bizon and Torpedo CR-56 AMAX.
- Vault Updates: From Season 5 onwards, the Battle Pass Vault season will only be available in the game store for a period of 90 days. This means that there will always be about four seasons of the Battle Pass Vault available at any given time.
New Improvements are coming to Tournament Mode in COD Mobile Season 5
Commencing from Season 5, gamers can participate in the Tournament mode on weekends where they will have an opportunity to play both Multiplayer and Battle Royale modes. The feature is set to kick off with Alcatraz as part of the weekly rotation.
- Melee Camos: Experience the Tournament mode Melee Camos up close and personal. When you have unlocked sufficient Primary Weapon Tournament Camos, you will be able to earn the Melee Camos as well. This way, even in hand-to-hand combat, you can fight with a sense of style.
- Improved Crates: The contents of tournament crates will be improved, allowing players to apply their 1CP coupons on the initial attempt to obtain Mythic Card Crates.
When will COD Mobile Season 3 2023 start
