Brawl Stars is now hosting its fifth anniversary to thank the support of over 39 million players globally. As usual, this annual update brings players a series of events and tons of free giveaways.

As confetti cannons blast and the celebration kicks off, a staggering figure stands testament to the game's success: over half a billion players have joined the Brawl Stars phenomenon, racking up an impressive total of 170 billion matches. Among these matches, players have scored a whopping 39 billion Brawl Ball goals, tossed around three billion emojis, and in true Brawl Stars style, utilized two billion life-saving cactus plants by the beloved character Spike.
The game's five-year landmark is not just about looking back but also charging forward, and what better moment to do this than the festive Brawlidays event, the Christmas celebration already set in motion. Supercell's anniversary bash coincides with this event, which is loved for its outpouring of community giveaways and vibrant events. Joining the cavalcade of brawlers is Mico, the latest Mythic Brawler introduced into the fray. This boost is not exclusively for the trio, as five additional characters, including Fang, Edgard, Crow, Dynamike, and Leon, will also experience the surge. Eager players drawn to high-energy gameplay can dive into the Hypercharged Unleashed event, a perfect opportunity to try out the new Hypercharges, regardless of whether they've unlocked them or not. This electrifying event is slated to run for two action-packed weeks.

The update next year introduces a monthly Brawl Pass system, replacing the seasonal approach to simplify progression and ensure players can complete each season. It will commence on the first Thursday of every month, giving players a fresh start regularly.
