If you use it at your shop or company, you can register multiple staff members, and if you use it individually, you can register multiple part-time jobs.

Data such as attendance and schedules are stored and managed in the cloud, so if you log in with your account, you can manage attendance and schedules on multiple smartphones, tablets, and computers in multiple locations.

Download the app and follow the steps below to use it.

1. Create an account from the app. (You will need an email address to create an account)

2. Log in with your account and register multiple staff members.

With this, you will be able to use the time recorder to record "going to work", "rest", and "going out" for each staff member.

■ Features and functions

1. You can manage staff attendance. You can record time with a time recorder, edit time cards, and aggregate time for each month.

2. With the time recorder, you can not only record the day ("today"), but also select "yesterday" or "tomorrow" to record. For example, if you go to work the day before, you can select "tomorrow" and stamp it.

3. You can set "time rounding" in the settings. For example, you can set rounding down/rounding up in units of 5 minutes for each type of clocking, such as "attendance/exit", "rest", and "going out". can be applied.

4. Staff attendance/timecard display and salary calculation are done on a monthly basis, and you can set the start date of the month. For example, if the closing day is the 25th of every month, by setting the first day of the month to "26th of the previous month", attendance and timecards will be displayed from "26th of the previous month" to "25th of the current month". , you can calculate payroll.

5. Staff schedule (shift) can be managed.

6. Since it is managed in the cloud, it can be used anytime, anywhere on a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

7. By registering the "staff login ID" and logging in, the staff can individually use their own smartphones, etc. to perform operations only for that staff, such as stamping on the time recorder.

8. You can control access to each function and service in "Settings". For example, you can restrict access to other functions/services and protect the "Settings" with a PIN code, dedicated to stamping on a time recorder.

9. You can register up to 5 staff members for free, but you can register and use 6 or more staff members by purchasing "Premium Staff" from the app.

■ Premium staff features and functions

1. In addition to attendance management and schedule management, you can also calculate payroll.

2. You can register multiple hourly wages and transportation expenses with applicable dates, so you can check the history of hourly wages and transportation expenses, and calculate your salary according to the applicable date.

3. In addition to the hourly wage, the salary calculation will take into account the registered "special allowance". For example, if you register a 5% increase in hourly wages on Sundays, the salary will be calculated with that in mind.

4. "Premium staff" can download and share attendance, time cards, payroll calculations, and schedules in image, Excel, PDF, html, and text formats.

1. Accounts - Accounts and all associated data that have not been logged in for one year will be automatically deleted.

2. Staff - You can register and manage up to 5 staff members for free. For groups of 6 or more, please purchase "Premium Staff" from the app.

3. Timecard records - Records up to two years ago can be registered and managed, and old records older than two years will be automatically deleted. For "premium staff", you can register and manage records up to 5 years ago.

4. Schedule - You can register and manage up to 5,000 schedules in total. Older schedules older than 2 years are automatically deleted.

In addition, select "App Information" from the app menu and check "Release Notes" and "Terms of Use".
