You have someone with a conflict? This app could help solve!

Mediation is a method by which conflicts and disputes between individuals or parties can be resolved. For it conveys a mediator between the parties and shall progressively a solution with the parties.

This free Mediation application for Android smartphones and tablets up to 7 inches fully explained what is a mediation, as it is performed, what are the alternatives and are also plenty of advice on who to contact if you (even in your company, for example) require mediation.

There is also a quiz where you can test your knowledge about the mediation process.

Other features such as full support for 10-inch tablets and another game mode where you have to provoke a virtual counterpart, are being planned.

TABLET TO ALL OWNERS: Despite a limitation of mine regarding 10-inch tablet, it can happen in isolated 10-inch tablet that they can download the application anyway. So far, the app is not designed for tablets over 7 inches, can therefore lead to formatting errors in the text or other display elements!
