Checkers

Checkers, played the traditional way on an 8x8 board: men move diagonally forward, jumps are mandatory, multi-jumps chain in a single turn, and a man that reaches the far row is crowned a king that moves both ways. Nothing else is bolted on, and a game takes a few minutes.
