The Health Club at four star Knightsbrook Hotel, Spa and golf Resort in County Meath consists of a fully equipped gymnasium, 17metere deck-level swimming pool, heat treatment rooms and two fitness studios. The club combines excellent facilities with expert health and fitness training in order to offer ongoing support and friendly encouragement to members and patrons aiming at achieving certain fitness goals.

Membership to the Health Club includes a Complimentary Induction on the use of all of our high quality equipment a Programme designed specifically to your personal needs and time frame and regular Fitness assessments with our experience senior-level instructors. The use off all our state-of-the-0art Technogym Fitness Equipment is included with your membership purchase.

Our membership also includes the use of the pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi at your leisure, as well as discounts for our well-known Knightsbrook Swimming Academy for adults and children. We run 10 week courses of lessons that are taught by highly trained, fully qualified and friendly swimming instructors that have many years’ experience.

Our Health Club also has a Drop-In centre facility for busy parents of children aged 1-6 years. The drop in centre is a facility for members only and is open Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm to allow parents of young children to drop their little ones with our fully qualified and friendly child minder for a period of either one hour or one hour and 30 minutes. Additional charges apply for this service.
