Al Quran is the only book that challenges infidels to make things like that. In the Quran there are four times and the stages of resistance to humans.

1. God challenges to make something like the Qur'an, as stated in the letter Ath Thur 33-34

2. God humbles His challenge, which is only a few letters, listed in Chapter Hud 13

3. God challenges the third time, which is lighter than before. By making only one letter. This is stated in the Qur'an letter Yunus 38

4. And even this challenge, they are unable to fulfill it. So Allah challenges the last challenge which is the lightest. That is, bringing such verses from the Qur'an. This is stated in the letter Al Baqoroh verse 23.
