CS Manager

You're the manager of a tactical-shooter esports team. Sign recruits from the free agent pool, train them in stat-specific drills, equip them with perk-matching skins, and battle your way up the ranked ladder one match at a time.

CS Manager is a management simulation inspired by Football Manager and Counter-Strike. Free to play with optional rewarded ads. Every ad is opt-in, and everything in the game can be earned by playing.

Every match plays out round by round across 7 distinct maps with full CS-style mechanics:

- MR6 format: first to 4 rounds, sides swap at halftime — tournament finals go to overtime at 3-3

- Buy phase economy: starting money, eco rounds, force buys

- Per-round bomb plant and defuse mechanics

- Knife rounds decide starting sides

- Multi-kill and clutch detection, headshot streak bonuses

- Live kill feed with attacker, victim, weapon

★ PVP CHALLENGES

Take your squad online — post a challenge or pick up another manager's, and the match engine settles it. Watch replays of how your squad performed while you were away. A daily challenge cap keeps it fair.

Match recruits to their role's signature perk for stat synergy:

- AGGRESSION — Entry fragger, bonus damage on the first kill of the round

- SNIPING — AWPer, long-range one-tap specialist

- DECEPTION — Lurker, flank attacks and silent kills

- LEADERSHIP — IGL, boosts the whole team's accuracy

- UTILITY — Support, guaranteed smokes on attack and molotovs on defense

Single-elimination 8-team tournaments with cash prize pools. Non-player matches simulate in real time so you always see your potential next opponent.

★ MARKET, SKINS & KNIVES

- A deep weapon skin catalog across all five perks — equipped skins matching a recruit's perk grant a perk bonus

- Daily skin rotation, plus an optional ad-powered refresh slot

- Exotic knives: buy them with in-game cash, grind them for free through rewarded ads, or grab them instantly as an optional in-app purchase

- Stamina consumables with per-recruit cooldowns

★ OPTIONAL REWARDED ADS

Optional rewarded ad slots help if you want a boost without spending: match-end cash, stamina refreshes, drill skips, market refreshes, and the knife grind. Turn ad offers off entirely in Settings. The game is fully playable without ever watching one.
