The AFRICAN POT NUTRITION APP is a meal planning tool complete with grocery list , food and activity logging and goal tracking to help put your weight and health goals into motion.

Designed by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with experience planning heritage diets, THE AFRICAN POT NUTRITION APP includes ingredients popular in Africa and the diaspora allowing you to include the foods that you love in your healthy eating plan.

This app is for you if you want to:

Enjoy eating a wide variety of foods, including those of African heritage

Take control of your weight and health by managing what you eat

Want a designed meal plan but still have some flexibility in what you eat.

Want to track your activity and eating

Receive free messages from nutrition and exercise experts on how to reach your goals

You can log in to The AFRICAN POT NUTRITION APP by using a username and password provided to you by a member of our coaching team. After logging in and answering a few questions, you will receive your personalized meal plan complete with access to a weekly (or monthly) grocery list, daily caloric goals, food swapping capabilities, meal logging and physical activity tracking.

How it works: Once you login to The AFRICAN POT NUTRITION APP you can access your daily meal plan as recommended by your coach, grocery list, log foods and activities to track your daily amount of calories consumed or burned during activities, and compare those numbers with what has been established by your coach. The AFRICAN POT NUTRITION APP's cloud account also allows you to log into your account on line as opposed to the app. Regardless if you log on your phone or the on line account, all data is saved in your profile.
