A one stop app for the history of Raleigh's iconic bicycles in Nottingham.

The IWorkedAtRaleigh app works in tandem with IWorkedAtRaleigh.com - a one stop destination for researchers and academics, former Raleigh workers, schools both in the area and further afield, and anyone with an interest in the production of the company’s iconic bicycles and the workings of an enormous twentieth century factory.

The site and app contain dozens of interviews with former Raleigh workers and a host of pictures of life at the factory. Maps show the layout of the factory at its peak and as you move around the site you can find material that links to the place you are. Simply click on a place-marker to see and hear what went on there.

The app and website mark the completion of a three year collaboration between the University and Hanby and Barrett looking into the heritage of the site of the Jubilee Campus of the University, much of which was formerly the site of the Raleigh bicycle factory.
