L'application Google FST est destinée aux techniciens de service sur site qui assistent les utilisateurs de Google Pixel.
With the Google FST App, Field Service Technicians can keep track of and take action, for daily requests received for Google Pixel devices in their city. The App provides a ready reckoner for the Technicians to perform basic troubleshooting steps to determine if the customer’s Google Pixel device needs to be brought in for servicing or can be fixed by a visit.

• View navigation to customer’s & service centre’s location, within the App
• Field Service Technicians can update customer details like correct email ID, address etc.
• Get real-time status updates during service events
• Update Loaner device details
