• Android 5 Lollipop users: If you want to use the call logger functionality inside your CRM, please enable 'Notification Access' in system settings. Once the app is updated, go to Settings > Sound & Notification > Notification access > check Phonedeck checkbox (these steps can be different regarding different devices).
