Our rating system provides you with the tools you need to assess performance, and find the right personnel for your business.

You can advertise the jobs you have available to the entire network, but you also get immediate notification of new contractors that join in your area, and can quickly find local people and offer them work directly. Because every professional on the network is verified to have a valid SIA license, you can be confident in the people you employ.

After working for you, you can then rate each contractor on their performance, and just as importantly they can rate you as an employer. This is important, it provides you with great feedback that the entire community can see, enabling you as a business to build a reputation for high quality that will make your jobs more attractive to the best contractors in your area too.

After sign up, the first 30 days are free, after that you have a choice of membership options:

BRONZE Cost: £5 for 6 months with Advertising

SILVER Cost: £15 for 9 months with Advertising

GOLD Cost: £30 for 12 months Advertising free

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DSMesh will not be liable to you in respect of any acts or omissions of its employees, agents or sub-contractors, whether such liability arises in contract (by way of indemnity or otherwise), tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, breach of statutory duty, restitution or otherwise.

Contractual relationships

DSMesh acts as an intermediary between third parties and acts solely as a platform to negotiate business arrangements. Any obligations arising in any way whatsoever out of or in connection with the app shall be governed by, construed and take effect in accordance with the laws of England and Wales between those parties.

DSMesh accepts no responsibility for any agreed contracts between users or any issues or problems, legal or otherwise, that arise from such contractual arrangements.

Your access and use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and DSMesh. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
