Khidmeh App Purpose:

The purpose of Khidmeh app is to make the service providers available for the users’ selection and to generate more business for the service providers without charging them anything in advance. It is a free marketing and business generation platform which will help the small businesses growth and help them to go to the next level of business when they will have their own pages on Khidmeh after they achieve a certain number of successful jobs and being nominated by a certain number of users to be pre-recommended providers for certain jobs.

Khidmeh App will generate its income from the small percentage taken for the job cost and that will be spent on developing the platform.

Khidmeh App has to versions; Khidmeh and Khidmeh providers;

Khidmeh App; is the version to be used by public and where users can post their jobs or send their orders, get the offers, select and confirm the best offer. On Khidmeh App users can select from the preset categories the service they need such as; laundry, electrical work, plumbing work, AC repair, CCTV, electronics, home appliances, car recovery, moving, painting, carpentry, design and finally the VIS (very important service) where user can make free call to the app admin if he requires and immediate service to be performed.

User will need to fill some details about the service he needs such as his address and location which can be fetched by the Khidmeh app, time and date he needs the service, some images about the job he needs and more specific information users can find for each service and he just need to click on.

Once the job sent by the users Khidmeh will forward the inquiry to the nearest providers to send their offers and users will be able to select the best one.

Khidmeh Provider: This version to be used by the providers only and they will receive the orders on. Providers will be able to see the orders, send the offers and receive confirmation. Providers can track the history of their jobs, offers and pending offers and can communicate with the app admin.
