CertDc: Entering death certificates in mobility.

CertDc allows physicians:

 • The drafting of death certificates

 • In the 2017 experiment, the automatic sending of the administrative part in funeral operators (dep. 03, 06, 15, 17, 94) and the town halls of the place of death (Antibes, Aurillac, Creteil, La Rochelle Montlucon, Villejuif). In other cities, temporarily, the administrative part must be printed from the website

 • The automatic sending of the medical part at Inserm

 • The free sending SMS to a third party (family funeral operator, police officer ...) an acknowledgment of the death certificate validation without displaying your telephone number

Application reserved for practicing physicians on the roll of the order and identified in the national directory of health professionals (RPPS).
