BPS Conditions App is an extension of iDrawings that helps in doing a comprehensive assessment of a building's condition. It provides for documentation of all deficiencies related to the buildings, systems, subsystems, and components. Snapshots of the deficiencies can also be attached to the entries. It can also provide estimates of the associated costs for repair and replacement. It can work in online as well as offline modes.
