Bargaining for Equality

A guide to help union reps represent members on issues of equality and diversity

The Bargaining For Equality toolkit is a guide produced by the STUC to equip union reps with the knowledge and tools they need to best represent members on issues of equality and diversity. The toolkit also explains the role of equality reps and how they can complement the existing work of reps and branches in promoting equality.

The toolkit is split into sections covering discrimination and equality at work, representing members, bargaining for equality and organising for equality. There are also many helpful links to other publications and resources for reps.
