We have found though that they are especially useful for children with speech and developmental delays as well as for kids with Autism & PDD. Gains in language are often very fast with the teaching method featured in this app. Features that are particularly helpful for late talkers include: multiple images and videos of each action and close up videos of each word being pronounced.
