Count correctly the number of Munchkins that pass across the screen. Be a little off in your calculations and you lose one of your precious lives. Be correct and you'll get a chance to visit all the places in Munchkin Island and count hundreds of Munchkins.
You will notice that in Munchkin Island, it rains coins. So, collect them and buy extra lives and sweet Time-Slowing-Bullet-Time-Inducing Items to aid your journey.
