:: Synopsis ::

The main character Hinata Spencer, who is a psychic, is an investigator of the International Bureau of Special Investigation. From Britain where the investigation headquarters is located, I returned to Sakuragicho, Japan, where I was born and raised, under the command of the headquarters.
